The files below are updates to the 2002 Version of JAT Software's PRINTVIEW PLUS system. To download the updates below, click on the links by the appropriate icons and save the ZIP file. You will need to Unzip these files to access the updates. If you do not have an unzipping utility (e.g., PKUNZIP, Winzip), please go to www.winzip.com or www.pkware.com to download a version of Winzip or PKWARE. There are README text files in each ZIP download that will instruct you on how to apply the updates.

Currently, there are only updates for the following products:

• 2002 PRINTVIEW PLUS Version 12.0
• W-2 pressure seal form

Please Note: IF YOU HAVE ANY APPLICATION CUSTOMIZATIONS (I.E., IVR, W-2 FORM PRINTS, W-2C FORM PRINTS), YOU NEED A CUSTOMIZED UPDATE. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE IF YOU HAVE CUSTOMIZATIONS, PLEASE CONTACT JAT.

	Update: 2002 PRINTVIEW PLUS Application Update 12.2 This update will allow you to use the alternate W-2 pressure seal form. The following is an identified problem in PRINTVIEW PLUS 2002 that was updated. • There was a slight change to the 1042S Employee Copy form.
	Update: 2002 PRINTVIEW PLUS Application Update 12.6 *Unzip the Update12_6.zip file and follow the instructions in the ReadmeUpdate12_6.txt file. The following are identified problems in PRINTVIEW PLUS 2002 that were updated.
	• New W-2C and W-3C formats (required after June 30th) • When correcting any 1099 form, the State Name & State EIN are being set to null, and will need to be reselected before continuing with your correction. • When making a W-2 replacement form, the State Name & State EIN are being set to null, and will need to be reselected before continuing with your replacement form. (i.e., a replacement form is created when the system preferences are set from "Type of Change: W-2C" to "Type of Change: W2. • When correcting a form, the edit check for the social security wage base states "The Box 3 amount must be less than or equal to $80,400". It should state "The Box 3 amount must be less than or equal to $84,900". You have the ability to cancel this edit check and continue making your corrections. • When creating a 1099 Diskette File, a dash is being left in the SSN field. The IRS will not accept a file in this format. • When creating a W-3C Form, Box 12 was not summarizing properly. Update 12.6 includes all other updates except Update 12.2 (i.e., W-2 Pressure Seal)
