Wyoming Valley Health Care - Plains, PA: JAT provided technical and application support to Wyoming Valley during their implementation of Lawson's HR application suite. JAT wrote the conversion and extract programs and assisted throughout the project life cycle. Tishman Realty - New York, NY: JAT provided Tishman with application and technical support during the implementation of Lawson's Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits system. Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP - New York, NY: JAT provided technical assistance as well as benefit support at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Gundersen Lutheran - La Crosse, WI: JAT provided conversion and system setup assistance for the implementation of Lawson Human Resources and Payroll at Gundersen Lutheran. Maine General Health - Augusta, ME: JAT provided consulting assistance with Lawson Release 6.X and 7.X Upgrade of HR, Payroll and Benefits at Maine General Health. City of Tampa - Tampa, FL: JAT provided Consulting for Integral to Lawson GAP Analysis at City of Tampa. ADT Automotive - Nashville, TN: JAT assisted ADT Automotive with the setup of Lawson's Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits software packages, as well as providing technical and applications support for their users. Baptist Health - Little Rock, AR: JAT provided General Ledger functional assistance at Baptist Health. Longs Drug Stores – Walnut Creek, CA: One of the largest drug store chains in the western United States, Longs, with JAT's help, is implementing Lawson's HR Suite for all store employees. JAT also developed a project plan for their Web implementation. These plans include Web access to employee data at each store. Fluent- Lebanon, NH: JAT assisted Fluent with the setup of Lawson's Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits software packages, in addition to providing technical and applications support for their users. Cendant Corporation – Sparks, MD: Cendant is the world's premier provider of consumer and business services with franchise partners such as Avis®, Ramada® and Century 21®. JAT was retained to assist with the design, coordination and implementation of Lawson's Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits systems. Some of our many responsibilities include conversion support, application setup, testing, modifications, interfaces, extracts, training and documentation. JAT was able to achieve common business procedures and software programs throughout the Cendant companies as well as common benefits plans. McGraw Hill Companies - Hightstown, NJ: JAT provided assistance with implementation of the Lawson SEA products at McGraw Hill. ENSR - Acton, MA: JAT designed and wrote 401K pension eligibility reports for ENSR. Teleglobe Communications Corporation - Reston, VA: JAT provided implementation support at Teleglobe Communications Corporation. Keystone Foods - Bala Cynwyd, PA: JAT assisted Keystone Foods by writing extract programs for migration to the new Lawson environment. Hungry Minds, Inc. - Indianapolis, IN: JAT implemented Lawson's Benefits application for Hungry Minds, Inc., the makers of "Books for Dummies". JAT also set up custom reporting for Hungry Minds using Impromptu. Union Bank of California – San Francisco, CA: Union Bank brought JAT in to handle their Lawson Benefits implementation including setup, testing and conversion from BeneSoft. This involved an interface to their GEAC HR/Payroll system. JAT also handled the testing of an IVR, InterVoice, to be used real time with their benefits system. This enabled new hires to enroll during the plan year and is used for all employees during open enrollment. Employees can also use InterVoice to change to a benefit eligible status. E-Signal - (formerly Data Broadcasting Corporation) – Hayward, CA: E-Signal provides real-time market data and decision support tools to active investors. JAT upgraded their Lawson financial system from version 7.0 to 7.2. JAT provides on-going support and assistance for their customizations. Berton – Commerce, CA: JAT is implementing Lawson's Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets applications for Berton, a retail distributor. As Berton acquires new companies, JAT provides functional and technical consulting to add those companies onto their Lawson system. JAT also assisted in the testing of their Lawson upgrades. Andronico's Markets – Albany, CA: Andronico's has 10 premium grocery markets in the San Francisco Bay Area. They brought JAT in to convert their in-house legacy HR/Payroll system to Lawson. JAT also implemented Lawson Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Budgets and Report Writer. The implementation of Accounts Receivable is in progress. All of these implementations had to accommodate Andronico's union contracts. Custom reports were also created using Business Objects. Lynx Therapeutics, Inc. – Hayward, CA: Lynx is a leader in the development and application of novel technologies for the discovery of gene expression patterns and genomic variations important to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and agricultural industries. JAT designed and developed interfaces from their Lawson HR system to their payroll provider, TotalPay, and to their employee stock system, Equity Edge. These interfaces allowed the 3rd party systems to utilize Lynx employee data stored in Lawson. Motion Picture & Television Fund – Woodland Hills, CA: MPTF is a healthcare provider exclusively for the entertainment industry. JAT provided training and problem solving to prepare for their Lawson year-end payroll processing. Nations Food Service – El Cerrito, CA: JAT wrote specialty custom applications to support Nations' core business requirements. These customizations were written using non-Lawson tools such as Microsoft Access. Versata – Oakland, CA: Versata is a business-to-business solution provider. JAT implemented their Lawson HR and Financials suites. During the implementation process, JAT conducted a business needs analysis, ran a conference room pilot, designed customizations and interfaces, and assisted with system testing. After the implementation, JAT continued working with Versata to install the Lawson Benefits system and SEA. JAT also assisted in a review of CRM packages. Westaff – Walnut Creek, CA: Westaff provides qualified temporary staffing and employment services to various industries. JAT performed a business needs analysis to select a new front office system to integrate with the Lawson HR & Financials system. JAT also assisted with Westaff's upgrade from version 7.0 to 7.2 and a review and selection of 3rd party print applications. Ward North America Holding, Inc. – Atlanta, GA: Ward North America Holdings owns operating subsidiaries that provide integrated, outsourced insurance claims solutions. JAT is currently assisting Ward to resolve outstanding problems and prepare them for an upgrade. JAT also developed modifications to remove certain unneeded pieces of the Lawson system. Foster Farms – Livingston, CA: Foster Farms is the largest poultry producer on the West coast. JAT has functioned in many roles at Foster Farms. JAT assisted with the conversion of HR and Kronos data to support their acquisition of another company. JAT is currently providing on-going, 24-hour support for payroll processing, which is run on an unsupported version of Lawson. SAFE – San Ramon, CA: SAFE provides billing and collection services for alarm monitoring companies. JAT implemented Lawson Financials and supported various legacy systems. JAT also designed and developed custom applications to meet SAFE's core business requirements. JAT upgraded the Lawson Financials from version 7.0 to 7.2. Callisma – Concord, CA: Callisma helps clients meet business objectives by equipping them with network architecture, communication technologies, and related products. JAT assists and supports Callisma's installation of Lawson's Business Component Integrator (BCI) to interface their Lawson applications with non-Lawson systems. Telecare Corporation Services – Alameda, CA: Telecare is a leading provider and manager of mental health services for individuals with serious mental impairments. JAT extended their reporting capabilities using Crystal Reports for Lawson Financial & HR reports. Mercury Interactive – Sunnyvale, CA: Mercury Interactive provides business solutions that enable companies to optimize the end-to-end business process to meet service level commitments and business goals. JAT offers on-going support to Mercury Interactive. JAT also installed a laser check printing solution, migrated Mercury's reports and trained Mercury staff on their new reporting software. Public Health Institute - Berkeley, CA: The Public Health Institute, a tax exempt, charitable organization, provides a full complement of cost effective administrative services to support its programs, centers, and partnerships. JAT provided support and training for implementing billing through Activity Management and for reconciling Activity Management to General Ledger. The Copley Press - La Jolla, CA: The Copley Press is a family-owned and operated publisher with holdings that include approximately 20 newspapers throughout the US. JAT provided support for Copley Press's production upgrade of Lawson HR and Payroll from version 7.2 to 8.0. The entire project took a little over a week starting with a half day to discuss the process then installing the programs, testing and knowledge transfer.
