JAT GP Link delivers a full-featured and reliable link between Microsoft Dynamics GP HR/Payroll and Kronos Workforce Timekeeper. It's unique bi-directional design bridges the gap of operational inefficiency by streamlining processing between HR/Payroll and Kronos time entry. GP Link provides Microsoft Dynamics GP clients with the ability to electronically transfer employee data to Workforce Central and transfer time data from Workforce Central to Microsoft Dynamics GP payroll.

GP Link is an automated process for the transfer of employee data that eliminates errors and greatly reduces the time and effort required for updating employee records in both Dynamics GP and Kronos. It allows Workforce Central to synchronize employee updates as well as maintain a single source of entry for common data.

GP Link will also format and import time transactions from Kronos and create the appropriate batch data for payroll processing in Dynamics GP.

GP Link is a two-way data exchange that is highly customizable and simple to maintain. The export from Dynamics GP to Kronos provides for the extraction, validation and translation of updates made to an employee record in GP, including new hires, employee changes and terminations. At client-defined intervals, or on demand, GP Link creates an export file in the required Kronos WIM format to update corresponding fields. The process includes a complete transfer activity and exceptions report, providing users with the proper controls to validate and confirm the data transfer.
